Really impressed with the service from Miro! He arrived at around 2:10pm and had everything completely finished in about 50 minutes. He was incredibly quick, but the cleaning was still very thorough. I wasn’t really supervising him throughout the cleaning, so I did ask him at one point if he could clean certain areas. He then told me he had already cleaned them all! 😂 I genuinely didn’t even need to tell him what to clean because he had already gone through everything himself, including areas that didn’t even look dirty. My carpet honestly looks like new now, which I was really impressed with. He also cleaned my mattress and bed frame, so considering everything that was included, I thought the service was really good value for money. I’d also like to mention the team who handled the appointments. There were a few changes to my appointment dates along the way, but they were always very patient, friendly and helpful. They were also very understanding and didn’t charge me anything extra despite the changes, which I really appreciated. Overall, Miro was super efficient and professional, and the whole team was lovely to deal with. I’d definitely recommend Happy House Cleaning Services and would happily use them again! 🙌🏻
